Shipping policy

Stock permitting, we aim to get all orders delivered to you within 4-5 working days. As a confirmation, we will send you an email with a Tracking Reference when your order is dispatched so you can track your delivery. 

For the security of the goods, you will need to sign for your order when it is delivered.  If you are not available, a calling card should be left with instructions how to collect your order from a local depot or allowing you to re-schedule delivery at another time. 

For additional security, all orders are sent out with no mention of Jewellery on the outside packaging.
