How to return your Internet Order 

For jewellery purchased online at www.Bouticcajewellery.com we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that your purchase is returned to us within 14-days, in its original condition, unworn, in its original box, and sales receipt enclosed.

We are sorry but we cannot offer exchange or refunds on Gift Cards or items that have been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements. (i.e. finger size altered, engraved, etc) and pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the free gift to be entitled to a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please post all returns to our Broadway Store. We aim to process returns 48 hours upon receipt. We will email you when we receive your return and keep you informed of progress via email.

 

How to post your return to Broadway 

You will need to pay for postage to return your item to us. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via a secure and trackable courier who can insure your parcel for loss in transit (i.e. via Royal Mail Special Delivery). Please note that you are responsible for returning the item to us and we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.

It would be very helpful to us if you could let us know the reason for your return.

Please make sure that you carefully and securely pack the item in the original Bouticca branded box.

How are internet refunds calculated?

Items returned within the 14-day period.

If you are returning your purchase within the 14-day period and there has been no error on our part we will refund the price paid for the goods to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

In the event we find that the goods are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. 

Items returned because they are faulty 

If you are returning an item because it is faulty we will refund the price paid for the goods and your costs of returning it to us. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Late of Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact info@Bouticca.com

 

In store Purchases - 30 day Exchange Policy

All items purchased* can be exchanged for another item(s) or Gift Card within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available.

The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in the original box with a valid receipt.

*This exchange policy does not apply to commission, or specially ordered pieces, or items that have been specifically modified or altered from standard.
